Astrolabe bt Owen Morrel 2014 is located South of main doors of the Experimental Science Building courtyard. It is hidden by trees. You will have to walk to get to this one. Free parking after 8 pm on weekdays and free weekends. Paid Visitor parking during university hours. Watch where you park....ticket or towed. Public Art Collection Walking Tour and parking available on the Texas Tech University website.
