This mark is cut into the brickwork of a wall at the junction of Crayford Road and London Road in the centre of Crayford. The mark is to the left side of a bridge that crosses the River Cray.

The mark is in good condition. The arrow is cut in an unusual style and it is possible that the bricks below the datum line have been replaced and the bricklayer decided to reinstate the arrow. Who knows? The mark fits the description given on the OS website.
