A zinc spire mounted on three zinc plinths. The lower plinth is simulated stone, the second plinth contains the family name MCMULLEN on two sides. The third plinth is smooth sided. The spire is in two sections. The lower section has plaques on each side surrounded by ornate flower symbols and a spiral frame. The upper section had diamond-shaped plaques on each side surrounded by spiral frames. The spire is topped with an urn. The headstone is about 8 feet high.
