This building is a one-story brick building constructed in 1926. At the roof line is a heavy wood faux roof supported by wood brackets. Above the storefront, the clerestory has been covered by small tin squares. A metal awning covers the storefront and is supported by tie rods.
The entrance is deeply recessed and consists of two wood doors, flanked by large display windows with black tile kickplates. This entrance surface is tiled in small white hexagonal tiles, and the name and date "Levine's 1926" is written in black tiles.
The building currently occupies Levine's Antiques.
