This Little Free Library was a Rice County Big Woods 4-H Club community service project in 2014.

It is made of stained wood, with a plexiglass door, a wooden latch, and wooden door pull. It stands on the front porch of the ranger station at Nerstrand Big Woods State Park. There is a bench next to the library.

Park hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. except for registered campers. Minnesota State Parks parking permits are $5 per day or $25 per year.
