Two small fountains outside the West doors of the library on the Texas Tech University campus. Visible from the parking lot on the South side of building. It is between the library and Dairy Barn. Nice place to sit and reflect on the day's events. Beware of the Mississippi Kites. They like to nest in this area. Free parking after 8 pm on weeknights and free on weekends.
