The Bandera Methodist Church is the oldest protestant church in Bandera County, having been formally organized in 1861. Built of limestone and designed in Gothic architecture, this church has added other buildings to its campus and has expanded the sanctuary but kept the same architectural designs.
Located at 1103 Cenar Street, Bandera, TX, at the corner of Cedar and 11th Streets. At the time of this posting, the church is about 168 members and is pastored by a staff of four. The senior pastor is Rev. Larry McRory.
