EN: The former station of Sisseln is located far outside the village on the railway line Stein-Koblenz.

The station was built in 1892, the line was then being run by the NOB. The main building also served as apartment for the lineman. In 1923 a goods shed with loading dock was added and in 1973 the station was expanded. The station was canceled prior to 2010, but the line is still in operation for freight and a commuter train per hour to Laufenburg. Sisseln is now served by a bus that crosses the village center.

The empty train station was recently sold to private individuals.

DE: Der ehemalige Bahnhof von Sisseln befindet sich weit ausserhalb des Dorfes an der Bahnlinie Stein-Koblenz.

Der Bahnhof wurde 1892 erbaut, die Linie wurde damals noch von der NOB betrieben. Zu dem Haupgebäude, das auch als Wohnung des Bahnwärters diente kam 1923 noch ein Güterschuppen mit Verladerampe. 1973 wurde der Bahnhof ausgebaut. Vor 2010 wurde der Bahnhof aufgehoben, die Linie ist aber noch für den Güterverkehr und eine S-Bahn pro Stunde bis Laufenburg in Betrieb. Sisseln wird jetzt durch einen Bus bedient, der das Dorfzentrum durchquert.

Der leer stehende Bahnhof wurde kürzlich an Private verkauft.
