A large nautical flagpole is locate in the center of Fort Allen Park on the Eastern Promenade in Portland, Maine.

A tall gaff-rigged nautical flagpole with a yardarm is the centerpiece of Fort Allen Park. The flagpole is flanked by two Civil War era cannons. In the current configuration an American Flag is flying from the masthead, a POW-MIA flag from the gaff, the State of Maine flag from the port side and the City of Portland flag from the starboard side.
