"The American Servicewomen's Memorial was the first monument erected in the US to honor servicewomen. Yes, in Collbran Colorado! Dick Cummins, deceased, led the American Legion project which was completed in 1976.
The Town of Collbran received a donation from the Women's Army Corps Veterans Association, Mile Hi Chapter #76, in honor and in memory of
