An odd greenish benchmark is found on the top concrete monument is located about an half foot in west of an old stone wall and about three feet southeast of new painted red/orange fire hydrant. It is in northeast of the intersection of Kelly Road and Franklin Pike Circle (former Wilson Pike Road), southeast of the double railroad tracks of CSXT.
