This station, a U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey standard bench mark disk, is located in downtown Berlin, MD, at the Calvin B. Taylor Bank. The description is more than adequate:
DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1942 AT BERLIN. AT BERLIN, WORCESTER COUNTY, AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH MAIN AND PITT STREETS, 25 FEET WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF NORTH MAIN STREET, 30 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF PITT STREET AT THE CALVIN B. TAYLOR BANK, AND IN THE SOUTH END OF THE FIRST STEP OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED C 5 1935.
