This station, a Maryland Bureau of Control Surveys disk, is located in Snow Hill, MD. It is set in the north end of the west sidewalk of a bridge spanning Purnell Brook, north from the town center:

THE STATION IS LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF SNOW HILL, WORCESTER COUNTY
MARYLAND. TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE WORCESTER COUNTY COURTHOUSE
IN SNOW HILL, GO NORTHEAST ON STATE HIGHWAY 394 FOR 0.9 MILES (1.4 KM)
TO A SMALL STRUCTURE OVER PURNELL BRANCH AND THE STATION ON THE LEFT.
IT IS A STANDARD DISK SET IN A DRILL HOLE IN THE CONCRETE SIDEWALK,
18.2 FEET (5.5 M) NORTHWEST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE HIGHWAY, 2.7
FEET (0.8 M) SOUTHWEST OF THE NORTHWEST END OF THE NORTHWEST PARAPET
WALL, SET FLUSH WITH THE SIDEWALK AND ABOUT 6 INCHES HIGHER THAN THE
ROAD SURFACE STAMPED PURNELL 1962.

Note that MD Route 394 in the description is now called 'BUSINESS' U.S. Route 113. You will notice also that the disk is actually stamped
1961.

This a newer NGS assigned PID, and is not loggable on Geocaching's site.
