Located at 12614 Ocean Gateway (US Rt.50), this is a 15' tall free standing neon sign, positioned between the main office and the roadway, at the front parking lot. It is fully functional, with a large red arrow that flashes on and off.
The motel itself has been around since 1945, don't know if the sign is that old or not. Not exactly Ritz-Carlton accommodations by any means, it is the type of motel you would stay at if you were on a low budget.
Aside from the neon sign out front, the place has a colorful history all its own. There is no website for the establishment available.
Although the address says Ocean City, it is actually closer to West Ocean City.
