This station is a Maryland Bureau of Survey and Maps standard disk, located in Berlin, MD. It is set in the northeast corner of a concrete catch basin, positioned between the eastbound lanes of U.S. Route 50, and MD Route 346 (Old Ocean City Road):

RECOVERY NOTE BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1990 3.1 KM (1.93 MI) WESTERLY ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 50 FROM ITS JUNCTION WITH U.S. HIGHWAY 113 IN BERLIN, 0.2 KM (0.12 MI) SOUTHEAST OF A HIGHWAY CROSSOVER, IN THE EAST CORNER OF A STORM DRAIN INLET, 24.5 M (80.38 FT) NORTHEAST OF UTILITY POLE NUMBER 57003 92707 298, 10.7 M (35.10 FT) NORTHEAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF A FRONTAGE ROAD, 10.5 M (34.45 FT) SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE EASTBOUND LANES OF THE HIGHWAY, AND 0.3 M (0.98 FT) BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE HIGHWAY.

The safest approach to this station is to get off U.S. 50 at the MD 346 crossover and go east on MD 346 for 0.12-mi to the mark on the left.
