"The Spirit of Volunteerism" is a statue of the late Jim Hill dedicated by the Scottsdale Boys & Girls Club. Jim Hill spent twenty years organizing volunteers for baseball spring training events. He also worked with the Boys & Girls Club and coached baseball and football. The statue depicts him with a hand out to the future and supporting a young ball player.
