This marker, located on the campus of Harvard Law School, has the appearance of a gravestone...but has two pieces of information:

"Site of the Headquarters
of General Ward
and the Committee
of Public Safety
in 1775

Birthplace of
Oliver Wendell Holmes"

Although the marker is not clear as to whether it refers to Holmes Jr. or Sr., only Sr. was born in Cambridge.
