A fairly recent metal disk in the ground, from the DoI/BLM Cadastral Survey.

To reach the waypoint, park in the Celebration Park lot, and hike or bike .3 miles west to Sinker Road. Cross the large bridge (Guffey Bridge, a historic railroad bridge) to the south, and proceed south along the wide dirt trail for an additional .3 mi. The waymark is just to the west of the road. The trails are clearly visible on Google Earth.
