The Geary City Hall is a rather unobtrusive building with its entrance on the east side of a building it shares with the town library.
Geary has a Mayor/City Council form of government. Officials are elected by the citizenry and serve four year terms. There are five city council ward members. The Council meets on the Thursday of the first full week of each month at 6:00PM. The municipal court is also housed here.
The town has a population of about 1300 and is located in southern Blaine and northwest Canadian counties, about 45 miles west of Oklahoma City. The town has a fully interactive website with information on the town and its services.
