This church building constructed 1894 originally was built as a German Lutheran church and was called Evangelische Lutherische Dreienigkeit Kirche. The church then became known as Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. In 2005, the church became the first Hispanic Lutheran church in Nebraska and is now called Cristo Cordero de Dios Iglesia Evangelica Luterana Church.
