This courthouse is on the National Register of Historic Places, and the grounds are well-maintained. As such, it is not difficult to locate this disk. Walking the sidewalk, be on the lookout for the war memorial near the southwest corner of the courthouse grounds. At the memorial and with your back to it, walk to the the intersection of the sidewalks at the northeast corner of Main and Belknap Streets. You'll walk right over it, and frankly, it's not hard to spot from the sidewalk, either.
