Nachází se uprostred upraveného lesního palouku zvaného U luže. Stredem palouku prochází lesní komunikace vedoucí od palouku U buku do Bílovic nad Svitavou. Poblíž se nachází turistické rozcestí kolem kterého prochází modre a zelene znacná turistická cesta. Památník tvorí mohyla ze slepence z Babího lomu s pametní deskou z cerného mramoru. V bezprostredním okolí je vysázena rada vzrostlých cizokrajných drevin.

Pod stromy, kterým vévodí dub bahenní, se nalézá památník lesníka Viléma Venceslava Havelky a kneze dr. Liboslava Zieglera, kterí jsou autory spolecné knihy o lesnictví. /

Located in the middle of a forest clearing called modified at Mount. Passes through the center of the clearing of forest roads leading from the clearing in the beech to Bilovice nad Svitavou. Nearby is a tourist crossroads around which passes a large blue and green trail. Memorial consists of cairn ( conglomerate of hill "Babí lom"). In the immediate vicinity there is a row of mature exotic trees.

Beneath the trees, which is dominated by Quercus palustris, lies a monument ranger Wilhelm Venceslava Havelka and the priest dr. Liboslav Ziegler, who are joint authors of a book on forestry.
