This bank building built by John M. Lyle in 1930 is not well documented on the internet. Although referred to as beaux art style in places it has definite art deco leanings. The web site tobuilt.ca agrees with me.

Although John Lyle is well known for beaux art, this building on the corner of Yonge and Gerrard seems to lean towards art deco.
