The North Stand at Charlton Athletic's football ground was opened on 27th April 2002. To record the opening a section of wall was set aside and space sold to supporters and sponsors to record their messages.

The memorial is named "North Stand Patrons" with the messages inscribed beneath. At the bottom of the names and messages is inscribed:

This stand was officially opened by David Butlin on the 27th April 2002

To the left is a list of the PLC Board  and Team Management and to the right a list of the Football Club Board.

One of the inscriptions reads:

"Harpenden

Sarah-Jane Lee"
