AVENUE, AND EASTWARD AT A RIGHT ANGLE 20.3 FT., IN SIDEWALK, IN THE
EASTERLY SIDEWALK OF LESTER AVENUE, DIRECTLY OVER THE SOUTH ABUTMENT
OF THE BRIDGE OVER THE RAILROAD, AND IS 8 INCHES SOUTH OF THE SOUTH
EXPANSION JOINT OF THE BRIDGE, AND 8 INCHES FROM THE ROADWAY FACE OF
THE EAST CONCRETE PARAPET WALL."
