The Tumby Bay Memorial is on the Foreshore of Spencers Gulf ,the memorial was originally unveiled to commemorate the fallen soldiers of World War One, it now honours those of both wars.The obelisk is 6.0m high and is of granite from Murray Bridge with a polished granite tablet enscribed with the names of the fallen from the district, including one of Mrs Blingg's relatives
