Památník vybudovaný v roce 1929 pro Grabnerovy mimorádné zásluhy o zvelebení adamovských lesu se nachází se u žluté turistické trasy vedoucí od památníku Hradské cesty k Máchovu památníku. Stavba je z lámaného vápence a železobetonu. Na prední strane památníku se nachází Grubnerova podobizna a název jeho knihy:

Pak následuje rukopis první vety z predmluvy knihy:
"Waldbestizer und Forstmänner sollen den grossen
Einfluss, den die Wälder im Haushalte der Natur und

deshalb bei ihrer Behandlung schonende, erhaltende,
die Nachhaltigkeit der Nutzungen sichernde
Grundsätze ins Leben treten lasse"

Zbylé místo na této strane je vyplneno prekladem vety z prucelí:

kterými by byla šetrnost, trvalost a nepretržitost lesní težby zajištena."

Leopold Grabner (1802 – 1864) byl lesním hospodárem, profesorem na Lesnické akademii v rakouském Mariabrunnu. Od roku 1847 se stal vedoucím lesní správy liechtensteinské državy, pod kterou spadaly i místní lesy. V této dobe byly lesy znacne devastovány toulavými secemi a težením pro potrebu adamovských železáren. Grabner navrhl zpusob obnovy techto lesu.

On the reverse side of the memorial is then on a black granite countertop says:

The remaining space on that side is filled with a translation of the sentence from the front:

Leopold Grabner (1802 - 1864) was a forest manager, a professor at the Forestry Academy in Mariabrunn, Austria. In 1847 he became head of the forest administration Liechtenstein possessions, which fall under local forests. At this time the forests were devastated by stray considerably drier and profiting the need for Adamov ironworks. Grabner proposed a way to restore these forests.
