A marble tablet dedicated to the fallen from the district during the Second World War is on the interior wall of the Community Centre, and may be accessed by asking at the Shire office.
The inscription reads:-
Memorial tablet
erected by members of the Mundijong district
To commemmorate the services rendered in
1939 - 1945 World War
By members of the three armed forces
and to pay everlasting tribute
to those who paid the supreme sacrifice
Defending their country
