The resort advertises this as the most vertical mountain in North America, but we're not sure to what they refer. Possibly it's the ski runs to which they refer, of which there are 65 on the mountain. In total there are three lifts on the mountain, this gondola lift, named Revelation, and two chair lifts further up, named The Ripper and The Stoke, which nears the summit of Revelstoke Mountain, at 2456 metres (8,058 feet) in altitude.

The resort doesn't list the length of this lift, nor the altitude gain. For sight seeing, it seems to be very popular, as we happened by on a "Sneak Peek" weekend and a good many of the gondolas going by were occupied. Through the summer one may ride the gondola up the mountain for breakfast or brunch with a spectacular view!

Prices listed below are for summertime rides. In the winter the price is more likely quoted for a day of skiing.
