The sculpture is located inside Botanical Garden in Powsin, in section dedicated to garden plants. It depicts sitting Sisyphus holding big stone and preparing to lift it. The sculpture is made of white granite. It was created by Jan Stepkowski in year 2005.

Sisyphus was the king of Corith. He was loved by the gods and often was invited to the feasts on Olympus. Unfortunately for him, he've had too long tongue and has spread some of Gods' secrets. As punishment, Zeus decided he must pay his life and have sent Thanatos for him. But Sisyphus was so shameless he had captured Thanatos, and, to avoid the punishment after death, has ordered to be buried without the coin put to his mouth, so he couldn't pay Charon and enter the underworld. But the gods has finally found his lost soul and punished him, forcing him to pull heavy stone on the top of the mountain in Tartar. But the stone is always rolling away just before the end of the work is reached, so this work remains void and senseless for the whole eternity.
