Rosie tries to make it up with Gillian, but she’s not having it, cutting Rosie’s cap with her shears. Rosie has to borrow Wilmot’s spare cap, which is covered in fluff.
Rosie and Wilmot are called out to a drunken Scotsman on a house roof. Gillian and her family happen to be in the street at the time. Rosie and Wilmot get the man down, with the assistance of WPC Whatmough, and Gillian sees Rosie as a hero.
