This sculpture of Toto is part of a larger depiction of Dorothy's house from the Wizard of Oz that has just landed on and killed the Wicked Witch of the East. The yellow brick road can also be seen leading from under the house. The witch's feet are presented as well. Toto was played by a Cairn Terrier in the movie.
