Located in front of Little Shasta Church is a granite monument that is dedicated to the pioneers of Little Shasta Velley as well as highlighting the history of this old church. Along the sidewalk are a number of brick pavers that I'm assuming were placed as a fundraiser for the marker dedication in 2008. The marker itself reads:

Dedicated to the memory of the
Pioneers of Little Shasta Valley
who raised this House to the Glory of God.

On March 5, 1876
The Little Shasta Congregational Church
was formed. It was in 1877
that the first subscriptions were
taken for the present building.
One year later on July 28, 1878
the church construction was completed
and the dedication took place.

Dedicated by the
Siskiyou Chapter 8-131-CA
Daughters of the American Revolution
July 28, 2008

This old church is one of the few remaining structures in the community of Little Shasta.
