As part of the City of Bellingham's 1% for Art program to help develop an aesthetic quality to City of Subdued Excitement, "Goatcart" was installed in 2006 by the Bellingham Farmers Market.

A bronze sculpture of a goat pull a cart is simple yet delights people coming to get fruit, veggies, and other things at the Market.
