County of tower: Lincoln County
Location of water tower: W/ Lincoln St., between City Hall & the Police Station, Hawk Point

One side of the tower reservoir is in big block letters the towns name "HAWK POINT"
The other side of the reservoir is an abstract eagle with long black wings and the letters "HP" being substituted for the body of the Hawk.
