If you have coordinates for this disk, it is very easy to locate, just on the other side of a barbed wire fence with a few trees nearby. However, the 1952 language could use an update. Try:

From the Wise County Courthouse in Decatur (101 N Trinity St), go .6 mile to Bishop St. Turn right (east) on Bishop Rd, where you'll go 338 feet to Old Greenwood Rd before heading northeast for .5 mile. At the intersection of Old Greenwood Rd and Cemetery Rd, turn left (north) and proceed about .6 mile. Be careful where you park, as Old Greenwood Rd can get busy, and you'll be looking at a section of barbed wire fence with trees around it, and a ranch in the distance to the east.
