Strangles Beach, to the south of Crackington Haven, can be accessed via a steep path off the coastal path. There is only the one way down to the beach, and it is quite a trek. Before you set out you should make sure you know that the tide will be going out when you arrive (It wasn't when I visited). To get access to this rock feature walk north along the beach, scramble over some rocks to Little Strand. It appears to have been formed over the millennia by the huge forces that have folded the rock strata.
Photo of the Arch by itself?: yes
