This small area of green space is accessed through the archways of the Klokkenspel - 625 Franklin Street in Pella, Ia. The fountain is the focal point of the plaza.

The fountain is small, made of cast iron and concrete. Water flows out of four spigots from the top cast iron hydrant. It flows into a very ornate, shallow, catch basin where the overflow is collected into a small pool. The entire fountain is covered by a wrought iron gazebo.
There is a bronze marker is on the right side of the archway underneath the Klokkenspel dedicating the park and the fountain. The Klokkenspel (glockenspiel) is two stories constructed of red brick. The first story is three arches that lead to a courtyard. The second story is where the glockenspiel figures perform. This "stage" is behind three large bay windows. Above the windows is a large white clock with black Roman numerals and black hands. The date plaque "1984" is above the clock.
The plaza has a series of tile murals and a small fountain. The area is very nicely landsscaped. The text of the marker reads:
