This bank was designed by the famous Chicago architect Louis Sullivan. The clock is mounted just above the safe which is prominently displayed on the rear wall. The clock is surrounded by an ornamental frame that looks like at Art Deco. The face of the clock is round with Roman numerals for digits. The pointers are ornate and sword like. The second hand with a crescent on the end is painted ever so subtle red.
