The house was built for Paul Fuller 1n 1906. It was sold several times with the longest occupation by Donald Strauch from 1936 to 1992.

The house was built for Paul Fuller in 1906. Mr. Fuller was an engineer working on the Roosevelt Dam. The house was sold in 1918, 1925 and 1931. In 1936 the house was purchased by Donald Strauch, a Mesa Printer who occupied it until 1992. The architectural style is Mission/Spanish Revival.
