This two-story red brick building is located at 639 Franklin Street. The Main Street (west) side of the building has a large bay window and a smaller display display window near the Franklin end of the building. Two small windows are in the middle of the building along with two larger windows at the south end of the building. A metal fire escape leads to the second story. Nine tall one-over-one windows - three on the left of door, six on the right for the fire escape.
The main architectural feature of this building is a large oriel window, painted green with red accents, topped by an onion-dome. This window has five tall one-over-one windows.
The entryway is on the Franklin side of the building. The doorway is wood with a three-over-two window. The entryway has two bay windows on the left side.
The second store fenestration on the Franklin side is a large one-over-one window flanked by a tall one-over-one window. The windows are topped by an arch with a sunrise motif. the date "1892" appears along the cornice, which is painted green with red and white accents.
