Our family spotted this boat ramp at the newly-opened Harriman Springs Resort & Marina. The original Harriman Lodge has roots going back to the early 1900s with notable folks like President Theodore Roosevelt and J.P. Morgan who stayed at the lodge and enjoyed the fishing and hunting this area had to offer. The original lodge was lost to deterioration over the years. This new Harriman Lodge hopes to bring back some of that southern Oregon hospitality.
This boat ramp looks to have been in use here for many years as noted by the older concrete. The lodge also sports a new marina as well.
