These trees, presented by the Westminster Tree Trust, are outside the United States Embassy in Grosvenor Square in London. The trees were planted to commemorate the lives lost.

The trees are close to a statue of President Ronald Reagan where a small, metal plaque tells us:

Westminster Tree Trust

North American Sweet Gum Trees
donated by the citizens of Westminster
to commemorate those lives lost on
11th September 2001, in the United States of America
and as a token of friendship between our
respective nations

Another 9/11 memorial stands at the east side of Grosvenor Square.
