Standard mall outlet, located on the second floor of the Cool Springs Galleria. Easiest access is from the Mall entrance at the southwest side of the complex. Turn left and follow the right hand side of shops. Starbucks is next to the Aldo shoe store.
There is a small coffee lounge in the restaurant.
This is one of three Starbucks outlets in Franklin. The others are located in downtown Franklin at the Five Corners, and on South Royal Oak Blvd, off Murfreesburo Rd just west of I65.
