The Noble Hotel was built in 1912 as a rooming house by Abe Bills. In 1937, an extension was built at the rear, making the current building 25 ft. wide and 130 ft. deep. It is located in the downtown business district of Watonga, and is constructed in the Prairie Commercial style. The builder was W. H. Reynolds of Geary, OK. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

This is a two-story red brick building with a flat roof. There is a stone-coped stepped parapet and a stone date block reading "19 ABE BILLS 12". During the period between 1941 and 1952, renovations changed the look of the hotel, however, it has since been restored to its original look. There is a full width covered porch on the second floor, Its roof is supported by square wood beams, and the entire porch is supported at ground level by the original four metal poles. A wood balustrade across the porch is the Prairie style.

The storefront has been restored with its two entrances, one on either side with two large display windows at the center, and a clerestory above the doors and windows. Windows along each side of the building are individual, single-hung wood framed windows with stone sills. Changing owners over the year, the building was operated as a hotel until 1985. It is currently occupied as the Noble House Bed and Breakfast and Restaurant.
