The old lock-up is built of 500mm thick blocks of limestone , there are 7 cells on each side of a central corridor each with a 300mm square barred window at the top of the outside wall.The lock-up is part of the judicial complex and was built in the 1860's , other buildings include 2 police houses, courthouse and bond store. After new facilities were built in 1976 the buildings were vested in the City of Busselton and are now used the Community Arts Centre
