USDOI/BLM T35S R3E S25 S26 S35 S36 Cadastral Survey Disk - Jackson County, OR - Public Land Survey Marks on Waymarking.com

I recovered this cadastral survey cap from 1977 in good condition. It is located west of Fish Lake Rd. The cap is mounted on a 3" pipe projecting about 6 inches above the ground. From the stamping on the cap face, this section corner marks the point defining Sections 25, 26, 36 and 36 in Range 4 East in Township 35 South. The cap has no designation stamping but has the year '1977' stamped on its face. The area around the cap is clearly marked with bearing trees with two trees spraypainted with a red horizontal/vertical stripes, about 15 feet away from the cap. There is a small cairn of lava rock around the cap base as well as a metal witness post near the cap. My posted coordinates should place you very close to this cap.
