The building is in good repair and is unoccupied.
Date of Construction: c. 1895

This brick one-part commercial block has a rectangular footprint. The front elevation is three bays wide. Storefront fenestration defines the bays and includes a recessed entrance flanked by two plate glass windows. Non-historic brick and stone veneer frames the first-story openings. Wood shingles clad a pent roof that covers the transom window. Additional character-defining features include the original pressed metal, bracketed cornice and the brick corbelling that forms three recessed panels that embellish the upper facade wall.

The alterations to the storefront and transom are reversible and the building retains sufficient architectural integrity to convey its historic associations. It is a contributing element to the historic district.
