Home was initially built in 1949 at 5199 Spring Valley Road, in London Ohio. The owners of the house donated the house in 2003. The house was disassembled and moved. The orginal roof had been replaced with an asphalt tile roof, so the scoiety found an original Lustron roof in Fontana, WI to replace the asphalt one. The disassembly, move and reconstruction was completed in 2005.
