This memorial stands at the entrance to the Blaine County Courthouse.

Just west of the entrance to the courthouse stands this black granite obelisk. It stands on a concrete patio with engraved donated bricks. It was placed by the American Legion and is engraved on all four sides.

West: "Dedicated to All American Veterans" (U.S. Flag)
North: Eagle and the seals of the five branches of the military
East: POW-MIA - You Are Not Forgotten
South: American Legion Seal / Phillip Clark Ashby Post 125 / For God and Country
